Basics:
MZ-Smart station delivers circuit training classes on a series of screens, with participants' tiles following them from station to station. The screens instruct, engage and and inform participants which station to move to next.
You will customize each element of your class, leading members from one exercise to the next. Each exercise comes with an instructional video where you can set the zone participants should strive for. You can have up to 12 screens with 6 stations per screen.
