Can I change my facility code?

Can I register my Myzone account to two codes?
No, your Myzone account can only be associated with 1 facility code at a time. If you belong to 2 facilities, we recommend choosing the gym you frequent the most as your "home" facility. Your tile will display at any Myzone-enabled gym regardless of where you're registered. You only need to transfer if you wish to be included in another gym's challenges or show on their monthly leaderboard.
Why do I need a facility code?
Your Myzone Facility Code is identification code that links your profile to a club or region. This is important particularly for gym members, as this is what allows you to participate in their challenges, display on their monthly leaderboard and makes it easy to connect with other Movers at your gym!
Where do I find my facility code?
You can search for your code at the point of registration by typing the club name. If you've changed gyms, your new facility or Myzone Support can provide you with their code.
If you did not purchase your belt from a gym, please use the list of Regional Country Facility Codes to register.
