Has your facility reached out and asked if they can edit your data, but are unable to due to your account's privacy setting? Upon registration, you should have been notified of a privacy prompt requesting you to indicate if you are or are not an EU citizen. If you chose not to answer or answered incorrectly and wish to change your privacy setting, follow the below steps to complete.
NOTE: The below steps will need to be completed through your Myzone account page logged into a web browser; the change cannot be completed through your Myzone app.
Step 1: Log into your Myzone account from a web browser - www.myzonemoves.com
Step 2: Navigate to your personal information found by clicking on the person icon located in the upper right corner of your account page.
Step 3: Once in your personal settings, scroll down to Permissions and tick the box indicating that you would like to share your data with your facility.
