Have you recently installed your software in the club? Congrats! It will be important to be aware of two (2) important icons that might display on your Myzone TV in the upper right corner and what steps to take on resolving this quickly.
- Receiver with a red "x" - the Myzone receiver is no longer communicating with the PC Intel Stick/touchscreen. As a result, you will find that member tiles will not display on the TV during this time.
- Cloud with a red "x" - Myzone PC Stick/touchscreen is not connected to the internet. The system is also unable to push data to our servers which prevents members receiving their workouts in their Myzone account.
How Can I Fix This?
- Receiver with a red "x" - Confirm that the actual receiver is plugged into the PC Intel Stick/touchscreen and not your TV itself. You can also try removing the receiver from the USB slot and plugging it back into the PC Intel stick/touchscreen via the USB port.
- Cloud with a red "x" - You will need to grab your wireless keyboard that came with your hardware initially and back out of the Myzone software. Once you have backed out of the Myzone software, you will need to reconnect to your club's WIFI network using the WIFI icon found in the bottom right corner of your desktop view of the system. Once reconnected, re-launch the Myzone software through the Myzone Licensing Box.
