    There is no number to call to finish setup, No live chat anywhere to be found on the site. (Installation guide received references a live chat option).

    I have opened at ticket on the website, to have an autogenerated response 23 hours ago, provided the teamviewer ID as per instructions.

    All i have received so far is 1 auto reply that the ticket has been submitted. no followup since.

    It does look like someone attempted to remote into the machine during the 8 hours i was away from the facility.  But here I am, 23 hours later, the screen is stuck on Myzone with what looks like the password prompt. the pw used from the previous facility is not working and I have a class coming in a few hours.


    Could not be more disappointed
