1. How do I add a member late to the challenge?
It is possible to add a member late to the challenge after you have created it. Simply navigate to your challenge from your club admin portal, access challenges, open your leaderboard . At the bottom of your leaderboard, click the green plus sign to add a member to the challenge.
2. If I add a member late to the challenge, will they have to accept the challenge within their app or email?
Yes. Regardless if you created the challenge invite and ticked the box to accept the challenge on behalf for your members, any members added late to the challenge will have to accept the challenge via a notification sent to their app or email in order to participate.
3. How do I resend an invite to my members so they can join the challenge?
If you opted to not accept the invite on behalf of your members at the point of creation, you can resend challenge invites to members by accessing your challenge leaderboard , find your member, click on the name, and click on the green resend button .
4. Can I remove someone from the challenge?
Yes. Access your challenge leaderboard, find the member you want to remove from the challenge, click on their name, then click on the red to remove that member from the challenge.
5. How can I email the participants of the challenge?
Access your challenge leaderboard from your admin portal and click on the email icon . Construct your email and send! All participants in the challenge will receive email communication. We recommend keeping your members engaged by sending emails throughout the challenge.
6. Can my members view the challenge leaderboard on their own?
Yes! Once they have accepted the challenge, they can view the leaderboard within their Myzone app. From the Myzone app home page, click on "challenges" then click on the challenge to open the leaderboard.
7. What zones should I include in the challenge?
That's up to you! We recommend including all zones for member challenges, however, it doesn't hurt to kick up the competition level and only accept certain zones. It really depends on what you are looking to achieve the challenge. It is common to leave the gray zone out and only include blue-red zones to prevent members wearing their belts all day to rack up points in the gray zone while being sedentary.
8. Will MEPs be counted if my member joins the challenge late/after I create it?
If you have a member that joins the challenge late, their MEPs will count into the leaderboard, yes! MEPs work retroactively. As long as they have worked out and their workout(s) have uploaded to our servers, the challenge will draw their MEPs from those dates and upload them into the challenge. Although, it's best practice to ensure that all members participating are added at the beginning of the challenge for fewer headaches. :)
