Multi-station classes gamify exercise in the same way as Functional Classes, but with class members performing different exercises at the same time, allowing for more variety. With Multi-Stations, you can display multiple exercises on the screen at once ideal for bootcamp or HIIT classes at your club. Like Functional Classes, you can tag each station with a suggested target HR zone giving the member a guided exercise experience so they know how hard you want them to work at each station.
NOTE: You will need either Owner or Coach permission to create classes on the backend for your club.
Step 1: Log into your Myzone account at www.myzonemoves.com and access Classes from your admin portal.
Step 2: Click on Class Creator.
Step 3: If you would like to organize classes into folders, create a new folder. If not, click on the green plus sign to create a new class.
Step 4: When creating a station segement, be sure to check both "Functional" and "Stations" boxes.
Step 5: As you begin building you class, set the duration of the station and fill in the exercise to complete at each station and suggested target zone. Click on the green plus sign to add the segement to your class.
Use the Multi-Station Button on the new segement to add a "rest" or "transition" period after each station segement in your class. Remember to always add class segements by clicking the green plus sign.
Step 7: After completing your class, click on the green check mark found at the bottom of the class to save -- TIP: if check mark is not available at the bottom of the class, check to make sure your class is named at the top of the page!
