Your live tile displays the following information:
- Workout Summary Graph Preview
- Beats per minute (BPM)
- Calories burned
- Effort in Percentage
- Status Ranking
In the MYZONE app, you will find your Live Tile. The same Tile that you look to on the group display in the gym is available right at your fingertips. While you are working out with your Myzone belt firmly in place, you can glance down at your phone to see which effort zone you are in. The easy to understand color-coded zones are the easiest way for you to see how hard you are working during any given workout.
