As a user, you have the ability to contact Myzone Support either through live chat or submitting a case ticket on this website. Live chat and email support are available 24/5 for our users.
Most users contact Myzone technical support via their Myzone app in Settings. Access your Settings (cog) located in the upper left corner of your Myzone home screen. Scroll down under Help and select Support. This will route you to webpage (same one you are on currently) where you can submit a ticket found in the upper right corner via email or jump on a live chat with an agent.
If you are a staff member at a Myzone facility you have the ability to contact Myzone Technical Support the same way all users do mentioned above (live chat or email email@example.com). If you are a staff member that was granted admin portal permissions by someone on your club staff, support is available via the admin portal, under Support.
You can also contact Technical Support by calling into our Staff Only Phone Line. This number is not available for end users so please contact your Myzone Account Manager or reach out to technical support via the above ways mentioned to access the Staff Only Phone number for club staff.
