Deleting moves (workouts) can be completed in the Myzone app or through your Myzone account from a web browser. Follow the steps below that cover how to delete a workout from your Myzone profile:
Step 1: Go to your 'Home' tile, then open your Calendar.
Step 2: Select the workout you wish to delete from your calendar. You can also locate your work out using the 2nd calendar icon located in the upper right-hand corner of this menu to view your workouts differently.
Step 3: Once you have selected the workout, you will see a move summary populate. Locate the red trashcan in the upper right-hand corner of your move summary. Confirm you wish to delete the workout from your account.

Step 1: Log into your Myzone account from a desktop by visiting www.myzonemoves.com
Step 2: Once logged in, on your home page, click on Activity Report.
Step 3: Within Activity Report, on the far left-hand side, click the Calendar icon under Report Options. This will open up the calendar month. Select the day on the calendar or use the Month search to view previous months.
Step 4: Once you select the day and workout, click on the red "x" to delete located in the top right-hand corner of the workout report.
Step 5: Confirm you want to delete the workout.
What if I have a day that has multiple workouts?
If you select a day that has more than one workout, click on the workout time you choose to delete under Activity Report. You will be able to toggle back and forth between the two workouts and the workout selected will have a blue circle next to the time. To delete the workout you have selected, click the "red x" in the upper right-hand corner.
