Lost Myzone Belt
Have you recently lost your Myzone belt and are looking to get a new one? If you have purchased one from your local gym or online, you will need to replace your old belt ID# with the new one to ensure that all your workout history and status ranking gets transferred properly.

Delete Myzone Account
If you wish to delete your Myzone account and you belong to a Myzone supported facility, please contact someone at your club who will be able to delete your account for you from their backend. You can also directly contact Myzone Technical Support by submitting a ticket or jumping on live chat here.
Once your Myzone account has been deactivated, your belt ID# will become available to re-register by someone else if desired.
