Have you recently been working out at a facility that displays the Myzone software and haven't seen your Nickname on your live tile? You might have come across NOACC or your belt ID# on your live tile instead of your Nickname. If you have, the below information will be helpful in order to understand what they mean along with how to fix the problem if you are a staff member.
NO ACC
NOACC means that the belt has not been properly registered and our servers can not match a Myzone account to the belt.
How Do I Fix This?
It's sometimes common that the device ID# has simply just been typed incorrectly into your Myzone profile. Even if the device ID# is off by 1 number, it will not register properly.
Try going back into your Myzone account on your app and confirm that the device ID number in your profile matches the SN number found on the back of your black module.
In the Myzone app, tap on the side menu, then tap on Devices.
To edit or input a new device ID#, tap on Add Myzone Device. Be sure to save your changes!
Belt ID#
Seeing your Belt ID# instead of your Nickname indicates that the Myzone console at the club is currently OFFLINE and not connected to the internet, therefore, it is unable to pull your account information and upload the workout to your account.
How Do I Fix This?
You can usually tell if your Myzone console is offline by locating the white cloud with red "x" in the upper left corner of the Myzone software.
If you are a staff member at your facility, you can check out this article that will help you reconnect your console back to your internet network. If you are having continued trouble, feel free to contact Myzone Technical Support for further assistance.
