Making sure that we keep our bodies and minds fit and healthy is more essential than ever. However, being motivated to exercise can be hard, especially when you might not know where to exercise or what exercises are best for your fitness.
Myzone offers you a fun and easy way to workout at home through our innovative virtual app feature – Zone Match. Zone Match acts as a personal trainer in your pocket, by helping to motivate and challenge you to achieve set effort levels within your workout. After connecting your Myzone MZ-3 heart rate monitor to the app, users can set their preferred time duration for your workout and choose from more than 20 different challenges. Throughout the workout, live feedback will inform you how accurately you’re matching the target color heart rate zone. The longer you’re able to match the prescribed zones, the higher your Zone Match score.
To help you know what exercises should be performed to achieve each color zone, our Master Trainer Emily Sopo has outlined ten exercises to guarantee you a full-body, calorie-crunching workout that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
The workout is then automatically uploaded to the Myzone app where your connections (friends, family, trainers, and others) have the ability to follow your progress, challenge you, tease you and encourage you. Zone Match paired with this social platform is incredibly motivating while being physically by yourself. Research shows that being involved in a group on the app means users complete 41% more exercise.
