If you need assistance from the Myzone Technical Support team, the best way to get in contact with the Myzone Technical Support team will be to submit a ticket. Submitting a Ticket can be completed in two ways:
1) In the Myzone app
2) The Support Page from a web browser
1: Visit the HELP center on the home menu of the Myzone app.
2: MZ-Bot will ask you to proceed with sharing your mobile device and account details.
3: Select Submit Ticket from the options available in the chatbot.

1: Visit https://myzonesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and select Need Help? located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2: This will automatically open MZ-Bot. Select what type of Myzone user you are, then select Submit Ticket from the options available within MZ-Bot.
