Need to submit a ticket to Myzone's Technical Support team? You can submit a ticket a couple of ways:
1) Straight from your Myzone app
2) Support Page from Web Browser
1: Visit the HELP center on the home menu of the Myzone app.
2: MZ-Bot will ask you to proceed with sharing your mobile device's details.
3: Select Submit Ticket from the options available.

1: Visit https://myzonesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and select Need Help? located in the upper right-hand corner.
2: It will then automatically open MZ-Bot. Select what type of Myzone user you are, then select Submit Ticket.
