If you are interested in splitting your Myzone software onto another TV display at your club, it will be necessary to purchase an HDMI splitter in order to display the Myzone software onto additional TV displays. Please note that Myzone does not supply HDMI splitters. We recommend purchasing a wired HDMI splitter rather than a wireless HDMI splitter.
Please note the below steps are only applicable to the Ultron Touchscreen as the hardware supports both HDMI ports as well as Display Port Outputs.
Once you have set up your HDMI splitter, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Open the Myzone software and access Settings (Unlock admin > type in your administrative password > Settings).
Step 2: Select Display Settings, then turn 'on' Dual Display.
Step 3: Exit the Myzone software (main menu > Exit Myzone)
Step 4: Open the Windows Settings of your computer, then select System. Under Display, scroll down and select Advanced Display Settings.
Step 5: You will see a drop-down of options - select either Duplicate 1 & 3 or Duplicate 1 & 2.
Note: The device you are completing these steps on will be designated as your main screen for commands.
Step 6: Re-launch Myzone software on your desktop by selecting "File" and "Launch Software." The software should display on the additional display(s).
