If you have recently purchased a new Myzone belt or module from your local gym or from the Myzone e-commerce shop, you will need to replace your old belt ID# with the new one to ensure that all your workout history and status ranking gets transferred properly.
When you switch out your old belt ID# with the new module belt ID#, your status ranking and workout data will be transferred. You do not need to create a new Myzone account.
To change your belt ID#, launch the Myzone app and access Settings from the Home menu.
Select My Profile, then scroll down and edit Belt ID#. Be sure to save changes.
