When viewing data in the 'My Stats' section of the app, you might notice two goals displayed - Monthly status and Monthly Target.
Monthly Status pertains to 1,300 MEPs which aligns with the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended guidelines for minimum exercise - 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise. This metric can not be changed and is directly tied to your progression with status ranking levels in the Myzone system. You can find more information about Status Ranking here.
Monthly Target is a personal MEPs target set by you at the point of registration. Often times your monthly target can match your monthly status goal. This number is strictly just a personal goal for you to achieve monthly that aligns with your fitness goals. If you wish to, this target number can be edited by you at any time.
To edit your monthly MEPs target, go to Settings from the Myzone app, Select My Profile, and scroll down to Monthly TARGET and be sure to save changes.
Q: What do the red and green circles around these goals mean?
The grey circles indicate calendar days in a month which are then surrounded by either a green or red circle. The goal is to always be ahead of the grey circles which guarantees you will always hit your monthly status and target goals you have set.
Green means you are ahead of the calendar day for daily target MEPs in order to achieve your goal.
Red means you are behind your daily target MEPs in order to achieve your goal.
