Have you recently left the gym where you were a member? Has your gym recently closed? Were you using your belt with a regional country code, but wish to join your new Myzone facility? If you wish to keep using your Myzone belt independently or wish to transfer your account to a new Myzone gym, you will need to contact Myzone Support to make this change.
Please note that the new facility can not make this transfer on your behalf. Due to consent and data protection, this transfer request must come from you.
You can contact Myzone Technical Support through MZ-Bot in the Myzone app under HELP. Please have the new facility code available to share with Myzone Technical Support.
