Paring Myzone to Samsung Watch
1: Launch the Myzone app, make sure you are connected to the internet, and log in using your email and password. Upon logging in you will see the main menu, which can be scrolled up and down by rotating the dial or swiping the screen.
2: Tap the ‘Workout’ option. The app will start searching for your Myzone MZ-3 heart rate monitor.
3: Upon finding your Myzone MZ-3, the workout tile will appear.
4: The tile is laid out similarly to the mobile app and displays the following:
Uploading a Workout
5: After finishing your workout, return to the menu screen, scroll down, and select 'Upload.'
6: The ‘Upload’ page tells you how many heart rate samples are currently stored on the device. The ‘Upload’ button will only become active if there are 1 or more samples saved on the watch. Tapping ‘Upload’ will post the workout to the cloud, and only if it’s successful, set the number of stored samples to 0.
7: Having changed their belt number or other profile information, the user can either log out and in again or:
a) Return to the app menu, scroll down, and tap ‘Settings’.
b) Select the ‘Reload Profile’ option, whilst connected to the internet
