InBody is a scale that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, such as lean body mass and fat mass, to assess your overall health. The results can then be printed and uploaded to your Myzone account allowing users to spot trend lines and monitor their fitness.
InBody scales will need to be updated to the latest firmware to generate a QR code on the results sheet. The QR code is then scanned in the Myzone app where results are instantly uploaded.
How to Upload Inbody Results to the Myzone App
After you complete the QR integration on your results sheet, you will have the QR code located on the right-hand side after you print your results sheet.
To upload the results into your Myzone profile, open the Myzone App, and tap the "Me' icon from the quiz navigation menu at the bottom of the app.
Scroll down and find the Inbody QR icon.
When selected, the Myzone app will prompt you to use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code found on your InBody results sheet. Select the checkmark after the app has successfully located the QR code.

This information is then uploaded and stored in the Myzone app under the "Me" section.
