Things you should know beforehand:
- You must sign up for a Club and Together--these are premium license add-ons.
- You must have Owner's permission to share classes. If you are unsure, check out more information here on permission levels.
- You must have Owner's permission to the other facility(s) you are sharing the class with.
- The timezones for all facilities hosting the class.
How to a Adjust Facility's Time Zone
1. Log into your Admin portal and select Facility Profile from the menu.
2. Find Edit Your Profile and set your time zone.
3. Repeat this process for all locations.
Shared classes will have a 
icon next to the name of the class in your Booking Diary.
Members from the other facility(s) will have the option to book a spot into the class from the Myzone app and the time will reflect the time zone they are currently in so that they are able to see live effort tiles of members from other facilities on one live group board
