Keeping personal notes about your workout can be key to your fitness transformation. You can add notes to each workout which will help you keep track of your workouts when you view them later. You can either add a personal note from the Myzone app or from your account online at www.myzonemoves.com.
Workout notes will only be visible to you; your connections will not be able to see your workout notes.
Adding Notes in the App
First, be sure your Myzone app is running 2.35.0 version or higher. If you need assistance on how to update your Myzone app, check out How to update your Myzone App.
After you upload your workout, view the workout summary, and select the paper plus icon from your move details.
Type your notes in the box and select OK to save. Your notes will then populate in your move details.
Adding Notes Online
Log into your Myzone account at www.myzonemoves.com from a desktop. Find and select your workout either from the activity report or from your calendar.
Scroll down until you see a section labeled 'Notes.' Select the paper and pencil icon to add your personal note.
