The timezone in your Myzone profile is separate from the timezone of your phone/app, and can affect your challenge totals, your monthly MEPs, and classes.
How to Adjust
You can only adjust your timezone from your account at www.myzonemoves.com.
Step 1: Log into at www.myzonemoves.com and select the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Scroll down to Timezone and Country. Use the dropdown menus to select your region and click on the green checkmark to save.
