If you see this icon, the Myzone receiver is not sending belt data to your Myzone PC. When the receiver icon displays, no tiles will appear on the screen.
How Do I Fix This?
- Make sure your receiver is plugged directly into the Myzone PC Stick or Touchscreen. It should not be plugged into the TV.
- Even if you know it is plugged into the PC, it is always worth checking the connection. Sometimes cables can be jostled--if it is not fully inserted, it will not work.
- Next, unplug the receiver from its current port and test it in a different one.
- Rebooting the software between unplugging it and plugging it back into the USB port often helps as well.
