Smart Station Minimum Physical Requirements:
- At least 2 Myzone Hubs. One hub must be a touchscreen to serve as the Trainer Hub.
- 1 Myzone Receiver for each Myzone Hub.
- Myzone PCs must be licensed to the same facility.
Networking and Connectivity Recommendations:
A constant, unfiltered connection to www.myzonemoves.com is needed for the software to work. Please ensure there are no firewalls blocking communication.
- A minimum broadband connection speed of 1-2 MBPS.
- We highly recommend a wired connection to ensure an uninterrupted internet connection.
- If Wi-Fi is used, please make sure that the location of the PC has a strong Wi-Fi signal.
Set Up:
Our customer care team will help get your system set up to ensure all the technical boxes are checked. Each hub will need to be licensed and then linked together to run Smart Station.
